I have been with A.P. Care Services since 2001 and started with simple domestic jobs. I am now experienced in the most complex roles & have gone on to assist in assessments and the writing of procedures.

I have completed the ‘Train the Trainer’ Course and I am now responsible for the induction of new Support Workers for A.P. Care Services.

The Management Team and Service Coordinators have encourage and assisted with my growth in the company. They have always been hands on and supported me in my role.

Through A.P. Care Services Training and Development Program I was able to complete my Certificate IV.
